CBUSP,as the national USP ratified by ScienTech Department and Ministry of Education and the base of technology innovation and achievements transformation, has been jointly built by Southwest University and local government of Chongqing Beibei.

With the total planning area of more than 1900 units , CBUSP will carry out the overall arrangement of  “ three districts and one street ” (Technological Innovation District , Professional Hatching District , Talent Introduction District ,and the Scien—Technological Street ); The park is incubator constructioncentered ,which reinforces the demonstration bases construction ,perfects the incubator service construction ,and stresses three incubating orientations such as cology environment protection hightechnology、agriculture biology technology and integration of electric mechanic and instrument.. Presently three are 4 established incubator with the incubating area of 28,000 sq.m., meawhile the basic facility constructions of  Professional Incubation District and Talent Instruction District are beening advanced at fill speed. At present 105 enterprises are being incubating in it (more than fifty percent of them related with Southwest University,18 hi-tech enterprises). Besides there are 9 graduated enterprises ,27 research organizations, 26 completed demonstration bases. CBUSP is becoming the main resources for regional economic development and industrial technique progress and the important platform to coordinate the social service, production and research in higher education.

The entirety formed by USP,Southwest University and new district of Beibei is beening built and developing together.The three districts and one street with perfect function and services will be planed and built according to The Elaborated Control Plan of CBUSP admitted by the Municipal Government.

Technologiacal Innovation District: Provide the park with the sources of talents , intelligence and achievement originality.

Professional Incubator District: Enlarge a big professional incubator district while incubating the enterprises and hi-tech achievements . To regard the comprehensive incubastor,professional incubator and the service center as the principal part.

The Science-Technological Street: The main function is science and technology information, trade and training .A scien-tech and culture corridor connects the three districts.
